Checklist was developed to improve coordination of property care and was designed with all users in
mind. Each feature addresses a particular struggle faced by Property Managers when maintaining their
properties and scheduling service providers.
Checklist is one of the solutions provided by Tokeet. Tokeet is a complete rental management
workflow platform. We have also created products for automating messaging to guests and staff;
automating the process of collecting legally binding e-signatures on contracts and forms; and
automating dynamic pricing for properties. Although the core Tokeet application is focused on short
term rentals, Checklist was designed for property managers within and outside of the short term
rental industry.
Creating software is as much an art as it is a science. Everyone has their own personal
